Connecting to unsecurednetworks com with some risks, so it's a good idea to turn off Wi-Fi when it's not needed.

To turn off Wi-Fi,right-click on the Start menu.

Click Network Connections.

Right-click on the Wi-Fi adapter, then click on Disable.

This may be a littledifferent on your computer.

If in doubt, you can alwaysdisable all the adapters.

Wi-Fi is now turned off.
